When will I get my order?

It usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Shipping time
depends on your location.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities around the world.

Your order will be shipped from the closest manufacturing facility to your delivery address.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

International orders may be subject to customs and tax fees, which are set by your local customs office. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before reaching out to us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address,
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package, and,
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

How are your products made?

All our products are made through a print-on-demand service with fulfillment centers worldwide. Your order will be printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently based on your location.

How do I track my order?

You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at info@studionoon.ca or use the contact form.

I received the wrong or a damaged item—what now?

We know this could be frustrating and we're here to help!

Please contact us at info@studionoon.ca, or use the contact form, within a week, and include:

  • Photos of the item,
  • Your order number, and,
  • Any relevant details.

We’ll take care of it as soon as possible!

What’s your return policy?

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges. But if something’s wrong with your order, contact us at info@studionoon.ca and we’ll help you out.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available for wrong or damaged items. Please send photos and your order number to info@studionoon.ca if that’s the case.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

We don’t offer exchanges at the time being. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

If your item was mislabeled, email us at info@studionoon.ca within a week after receiving your order, with your order number and a photo—we’ll send you a new one or offer a refund.

I ordered multiple items. Will I receive them at the same time?

Not always — and that’s not a bad thing! Some of our products ship from different locations, so your order may arrive in separate packages.

The estimated delivery date you see at checkout is usually based on the last item to ship, which means some items may arrive earlier than expected depending on the production process and your location.

You’ll find a packing slip in each package showing how many items are included. So, if something’s missing, don’t worry — the rest of your order is most likely on its way.

Note: During busy times like holidays or sale seasons, production and shipping may take a bit longer. Thanks for your patience — we promise it’s worth the wait!
